Privacy Notice
This notice explains how BVS Voice processes personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and with Turkish data protection law (KVKK) where it applies.

2. Personal data we process
Through our demo request form and contact channels:
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: email address, phone number (optional)
- Professional: organisation or society name, congress or event name, message content
- Records of consent: IP address, consent timestamp, version of the text you agreed to
- Technical: browser language (detected automatically)
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address from Google; your name, photo and contacts are not requested or stored.
3. Purposes and lawful bases

Important: marketing consent is not required to request a demo. The two consents are independent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The following processors are used to deliver the service:

Transfers outside the UK and the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
- Demo enquiries: 2 years after the enquiry is closed.
- Consent records (IP, timestamp, text version): for as long as applicable law requires after consent is withdrawn.
- After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Unsubscribing
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@bvsvoice.com. Once you unsubscribe, we send you no further marketing messages.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies the service needs to work. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so we do not show a cookie consent banner.

Your light/dark theme choice is not stored in a cookie; it stays only in your browser's local storage.
9. Versions
Your consent is recorded together with the version of this notice in force at that moment. The current version is v3-2026-10, which adds the cookies section (8). Previous versions: v2-2026-09 (added signing in with Google) · v1-2026-07.
